Enclosed Transportation Needed

Hi all -

I recently accepted a new job in San Francisco and am in the process of relocating from Indiana. I've been having a really hard time locating someone with an enclosed 2-car trailer to transport my GT350R and BMW M4 from Indiana to S.F. I'm looking for a private individual that is VERY meticulous/careful to transport my vehicles. I don't want to use a corporate transport company like Reliable or Shaughnessy, I only want to use someone who does this privately, where the owner of the company drives his own truck-trailer. I've heard a lot of horror stories about transport companies and don't want to get caught up in that.

Does anyone have any recommendations or direct experience with a this type of auto transport person/company? I thought is would be easier than it is. I've been searching on-line with no success.

I've never heard of horror stories with companies like Reliable who do this for a living and are insured. Good luck with a private individual and insurance.

Reliable is who transported mine. While not cheap your cars will be well cared for.

I would reach out to Venom Classics as they have a 2 car enclosed trailer and have done work for me and numerous other car buddies and have a terrific job.

This is a husband and wife team who do an outstanding job of taking care of our vehicles like they were out own.

Also important to me is the E-Track securement system that they employ in the floor of their trailer whereby their straps go over the tires and not through the rims like some small car carriers with respect to partial vehicle securement.

I'm hopeful that one of these two can meet my needs and have open slots to transport my 2 cars. I'll let you guys know what ends up happening.

If anyone else has other suggestions/experience with shippers, please let me know and I can call in the event these 2 do not work out.
