In the process of securing a 2019 GT350. It’s in Cali and I’m in Michigan. I’ve posted a listing on uShip but wondering if anyone has tips on saving money on transportation. TIA

You’ll probably find out that Uship will be in the same range as the regular notable transporters. I’ve tried using Uship in the past and found it to be more trouble then it was worth. Maybe you’re experience will be better.

Congrats!

I also have a 2019 GT 350 on the way! Mines in Arizona and I live in Minnesota. I recently purchased a 90 7 up edition vert out of New York. Shipping was through Montway auto transport. That cost 1800 dollars, but they basically use broker's like everyone else.

The dealership I bought this from deals with shipping all the time. So they are lining it up for me.

Post up a picture!

You get what you pay for. My "cheap" transportation experiences, have had stories. My experiences with Reliable (my go to now), Interstate, Passport etc, have been flawless (more than 20 hauls).

You got a GT350 and you want to save money on shipping?
Use Passport. You won’t save a dime. You’ll spend quite a bit. But your car will be safe.

First time shipping a car - don’t know what you don’t know!

Enclosed shipping is a requirement and I’ve had quotes in the $2300 range. Reliable, etc were $1k more.

No pics at this time since the dealer pulled the listing down. But will post one once available!

It’s a 2019 FP blue with white OTT - recaro, handling, tech, and carbon dash

Passport and Reliable all use their own employees and equipment. Most others are brokers. I used Passport for my Mach1 and couldn’t be more pleased except for the wait and the price. It was worth it though.

I know a lot don’t have the opportunity or means to, but I went and picked both my 350’s up and trailered them back myself. You may consider the drive it back option to like another member suggested. I’m assuming weather’s not an issue this time of year in your neck of the woods.

I’m on the fence to fly out, drive it around cali and then ship it back. Driving home is out of the question just bc she has new cup 2s and I don’t want to immediately put 2500 miles on them!

Drive it home and buy news tires with the money you don't spend on shipping 🤔
