If it is the UPR dual cans, they unscrew counter clockwise from the top of the housing. They can be a little tight. The front one I usually have to take my radiator shroud off to get to the screw that holds the can to the mount.

I just unclipped mine from the 2 connectors and poured it out like a tea pot.

on the ford perf oil catch cans, they have 2 quick disconnects. UPR isnt the same, sorry I didnt clarify.

push & hold in, that spreads the clip unlocking it.
I hate all the locking clips on today's products, electrical & mechinical.
It sucks there is not a resource to look any of them up. That I'm aware of would love the be mistaken.
If that data was compiled somewhere that would be a blessing for sure.
