Hello forum. I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. what can be done to turn on the emissions sensors that are not ready.
I have 2019 gt with a gen5 stage 2 Whipple. I live in an emissions testing state but the NGuage shows some sensors are not ready.
I have talked to the tuner and have tried 3 different tunes with no change. One tune was a specific emissions tune
Here is a pic of the Nguage.
Thanks Jerry

Just went through this. I had driven multiple cycles and over 500 miles after reflashing updated tunes from tuner. I run a vortech, A10, and have Cats, 8 psi boost on pump gas with octane booster. I called a shop that does some work on my car and he said that he had others with similar setup and said it is never going to be ready after a cycle. Said it was the tune. I also have a nGauge. Given the effort I had put in I believe him. Given the options and my situation I ended up getting collectible car insurance and registering it as a collectible car which is emissions exempt. My car is not my daily and I use it for road track, HPDE. I was given other options, to return it to stock, register in another county or MT. Also I was on a time crunch. Hoping there is a solution outside of what I mentioned that remedies your issues. Just wanted to post because I remember how frustrating this became for me as I kept running cycles and driving with no changes. Good luck.

Azhowin50. Thanks for the help. I will follow the drive cycle exactly and see if that does it. Enjoy your car and thanks again. Jerry

I would assume this is a tune issue. i had the issue with my car and now after about 150 miles the car passes on e85 and 93. I had to switch tuners to get car to set monitors properly. also Paxton car full exhaust headers back.

Thanks Mitsuchris,,
Do you mind if I ask who the new tuner is.? Lund just sent me a new emissions tune but it has the same issue as the 93 and E85.
appreciate the response. Jerry

I had the similar happen with the monitors and Lund back in the day. I had some kind of hard fault that had to be reset before my monitors would start working again during a drive cycle. I let the battery sit off all night to reset everything and was able to get the monitors to all clear after that. Might be something to try.
