wengerd for the win!! I had issues previously and my tuner would not hear what i was saying. contacted another company they did not want me to go to them bc I mentioned my issue. I spent about a whole summer making sure it was tune related despite being told the tune was good and I need to...
just get a battery tender brand from walmart. I keep my mustang and now my truck on a tender all winter. my mustang battery is original and 7 years old with no issues. if it sits more than a week it Is plugged in.
yes I knew it was not necessary but that is the story i was told. I'm not a tuner but I do work on cars for a living. i drove it for the summer with expired plates till I was positive it was a tune issue. then I had it tuned with wengerd.
definitely true. sucks b/c I have a pretty good idea what the issue was with those tunes and why it wouldn't set the monitors but was told I need to put the car back to stock n/a to get it to pass.
similar situation. mine ran well but many characteristics were better just with the first tune..... and I passed emissions with the idle tune after 100 miles which I had thousands of miles on previous tune to never pass and to be told I didn't know what I was talking about all inputs were turned...
I did not remove any of that. just squeezed myself in there. think I lowered the trans cross member is all. I usually take off as little as possible. guys at work don't like my ways.. lol. I am a Nissan technician. I installed the shifter in late 2016 or early 2017 so it has been a while
oh no this is the your doing too much work route. I only remove front bracket and sub frame bolts, as well as top shock bolts that go into body. I believe I take off some brake hose bolts also so they stretch properly
edit: I believe I lower the exhaust in back also.
I have performed a few spring installs, the rear is easier than the front! I loosen subframe then remove the two bolts on the side I am replacing spring to allow access to remove spring. loosely bolt that side back in then move to other side and perform same routine. car on lift/jack stands...
ugh I just read through your post. rough situation. hopefully when you send the t56 out they find issues with it. this is the route I was going to take in the future. luckily my mt82 is ok at this time. you definitely need a daily driver to fall back on. making the daily a racecarr is a...
if going with short filter will have to run breathers or catch can breather set up. I kept my pass side catch can just modified it to work ( I had to relocate it and use longer hoses) and put a breather one the driver side for now.
i just installed the eco boost gauge pod and was wondering if it was accurate or not. i was going to get a normal boost gauge to check it also. with my 3.8 pulley on the paxton i am hitting 10lbs on the eco boost gauge so i am assuming it is pretty accurate. glad to see most are seeing it as...
