Have been thinking of maybe using some 25mm Eibach wheel spacers on my 19x9 squared PP1 wheels with 265/40R19 Micheline Pilot Sport 4 A/S tires to make them more flush with fender line. have never used wheel spacers before and kinda unsure how safe and good they are. Is Eibach probably the best brand and is 25mm the best size for the 19x9's ? I saw they sell different sizes, but on most videos I watched they used 25mm on the PP1 wheels. how much torque does the wheel spacer lugs take to hold onto the hub? thanks!

... 19x9 squared PP1 wheels ...
"Squared", as in all four wheels are the same size, and you're putting the 19x9 front wheels on the rear as well as the front?

Hi Op, a couple guidelines.

1. Only use slip on spacers
2. DO NOT use bolt on spacers
3. You’ll need extended lugs for a 25 mil
4.If you have anything larger than the base V6, you’ll want more depth than a 9” wheel on the rear.

Many people on the forum, including me for multiple years have run spacers in rigorous condition with no negative effects.

The torque rating for all s550 Mustang is 150 ft. Lbs.

Some people don’t toque down their aftermarket wheels to factory spec because they think they know better. When in doubt, consult your owners manual.

I've run the Steeda 25mm / 1" hubcentric spacers for a while now with no issue. For me, they are a temporary solution until I get aftermarket wheels with a better offset.

You can see how they sit. Granted I have the stock PP1 wheels that are 19x9 +45 in the front and 19x9.5 +52.5 in the back.
