I have a 2020 Mustang Ecoboost with cobb stage 2 tune and a roush intake. I am getting around 360 torque and 320 hp. Is that what I am suppose to be making because sometimes i make more and sometimes i make less. I get the horsepower and torque numbers on the cobb v3. Also what mode is the fastest, I have a premium with sport, sport+, track, and drag. Stage 1 also got 417 torque and 326 hp. The pic below was today im on stage 2. Also how accurate is the estimated torque and horsepower on the cobb v3.

Intercooler upgrade is the #1 recommended upgrade for any S550 EB... the stock unit is garbage if you're looking for any performance gains.

There's many threads on this in the EB sub-forum on here.

Do you understand the definition of "estimated"?

And how have you already worn the finish off the rotary knob for the lights, and the surrounding trim?

Anyways......your power and torque will go up and down with many other variables. Real life isn't Gran Turismo, things aren't static.

Was looking at some old pics i took and Seems pretty good to me. On my 17 with CAI and upgraded intercooler I was pushing 265 HP and 310 torque in first gear and that was only my 4th revision I believe with PD tuning.

For the record I will say ahead of time. Yes I was over boosting and misfiring and got rid of the car after it started giving me problems

Good observation on the west/tear on the dash panel and headlight knob... 😁

Is the cvfab race better then the mishimoto performance?
You can't go wrong with either buy why pay more if your not getting a benefit over the other? It will leave you with extra money for more modz.

Ids say with the stock tunes the issue is more the fuel quality and the car pulling timing and possibly also bad factory plugs.

That being said i also feel theres something not well understood that causes this on the 2.3L ecoboost regardless of the mods, my car does it and ive heard plenty other owners complain about the inconsistent power delivery on these cars with various mod combinations and stock.

I use a custom Tune+ map, NX2, properly gapped Ruthenium plugs, a Garret 600HP intercooler, and octane boosted fuel and i still get the issue of inconsistent power delivery sometimes and it doesnt seem purely related to engine or intake temps.
My theory is its something to do with the fuel delivery system being too close to its maximum on tuned cars especially if not running top tier high octane fuel. I think the stock fuel system (injectors or pump or both) just cant consistently supply enough fuel.
Sometimes you stomp the gas and it will really move, other times (like i said regardless of temps) it will seem a bit less plucky.
I think in the event theres not enough fuel going in on a sudden pull the ECU starts pulling things back and on that run it just cant really recover. Remeber underfuel, will mean less combustion energy, less cooling effect in the combustion chamber and hence lean running which will cause heat and then retarding of the timing which the eco does quite aggressively to protect the engine.
