How are they affected with a tune for the autos?

They don't act the same way unless your tuner made "normal" have the same throttle tabls values af sport/track. That, and track mode has less nannies by default.They don't become useless, they act the same way
LMS does trans tuning on D though so it drives the way most ppl would want it to without having to change drive modes. I still put it in sport every now and then when I want full control with the paddles
