You mean e30 on stock tune? No the afr would be way off. The car is
Rated to run between 0-15% ethanol only one stock tune. You could use that e15 but it's only 88 octane which is way lower than regular 93 obviously. The point in running e85 mixing with 93 is that it raises the octane up because e85 is rated at 105 octane. Higher octane means less detonation and more timing can be advanced.

I have been reading all the talk about mixing gas. I would love to use 93, but we only have about 2 stations within 25 miles that carries it. Two stations have 93 that is already 30% ethanol. Would this be safe to use as I'm currently on stock tune?
Where are you? I have never seen fuel like that. I live in Massachusetts and everything is E10 and we have 87, 89 and 93 octane.

Pretty much the center of the US, Wichita, KS. I'll most likely just stick to tuning mine to 91 because of the scarcity of 93.

Screen caps below illustrate your point. The new octane rating with 93 was of course just 93. When using E85 it resulted in 95.489. The 93 pump in the second screen is E10 and the E85 pump is 105 octane.

I was reading a write-up from Speed Factory where they talked about dyno'd gains from stock all the way to their custom tune and their Intercooler. They got it up to about 400 hp at the crank.

I'm curious to hear from actual EcoBoost owners/tuners and to see what the potential is with the stock turbos and running E30 w/ the aftermarket intercooler? I'm sure you could push the timing to like 23-25 degrees, max out the boost based on the compressor map with the E30. But what kind of timeslips are you seeing?

Intercooler & E30 tune? This is pretty much my setup. Low profile and loved it. 12's, maybe 11's with an auto. Total torque monster on the street so get some tires.
