Ecoboost becomes Ecobeast

Morning Chaps,

Thought a few of the ecoboost owners would like this - Just got a message from Mountune informing me of the following:

"the M335 (2.3l Ecoboost Mustang Tune) will be available in September to buy Online and in Selected Mountune Dealers.
RRP is £550 inc VAt and includes a MTune Handset loaded with calibration, ANti-Theft mode plus other features, and includes a high-flow panel filter, and Mountune badge."

Now if you're like me and already have the filter (Albeit not on mine yet); you'll probably want the kit without - as I assume it'll be a K&N filter judging by the picture on their Facebook of the kit.

Just posting this one for your info, to let you all know the Tune is now out. I've queried whether this will be warranty protected, I'd assume it will be, which is good!

Power gains are 335PS (330BHP), toque to 510Nm. Not sure of the specifics of that just yet!

Update; they can sell it without the Panel Filter if you already have one (Such as myself); Warranty I'm waiting to hear back on still - as always will keep you all update !

Manders and I have both have a Magnaflow Competition Cat-Back Exhaust's,
I'm very pleased with it, no it will never be a GT but its all I wanted and more

That sucks! The RS (I believe) is warranty protected. Why not for the Stang?

Probably the most sedate tune is the one covered by warranty.

I'll fire an email to Pierre, whether or not there's anything in the works, who knows, It'd be nice to have a dedicated person to communicate between the forum and Ford... I'd be happy to on behalf of Ford; and already try to but, I can only give you all the information I get lol :lol:

Haha; warranty approved anything looks to be hellish at this moment in time :/.

Would love a nice little warranty protected Tune, whoever provided it IDC, I'd just like to be warranty covered, otherwise I'll whittle the warranty away and drop a IC/Adamtune.

All I'm asking for is to be treated in the same way as our friends across the pond, Ford power pack updates covered by warranty. It's a GLOBAL company. Why should we be treated any other way! Is this discrimination?:shrug:
