Hahaha, how random, I was watching the documentary "Pump" last night on Netflix, and was thinking about asking that exact same question on the forum lol
In the documentary they said that Ford was using the EXACT same parts for their Flex Fuel cars, as in their "regular ones", so it probably would only be a matter of a tune, if any...

Without an ethanol content analyzer you will probably be running really lean (so Don't boot it) until the fuel trim catches up, your ecu will not know it can add alot more timing, so in the end you will just have less power and worse MPG.
It would probably run but i'm not doing it to mine.
all you need is the ford 47lb injectors and a tune. And Evos do go e85 often but you need to upgrade the fuel system. 1000 injectors a pump and lines. about 1k to convert on the evos
