So I am wondering, would the mustang show different dyno results of say Sport+ drive mode was engaged while on the dyno compared to normal drive mode? If so has anyone done this and seen the results?

Shouldn't. Only potential difference would be minimal when you're getting on the gas pedal before you hit WOT. It would be nearly impossible to see.

But how would it be different than say a tune? Sport+ mode is much more aggressive than normal.

the modes only mess with the TPS. So the power is not affected at all.. Only feels like it because your throttle is less responsive in say snow/ice. I drive in snow/ice 90% of the time just for the better drivability

The power delivered at any given throttle position changes, because the modes mess with the throttle mapping.
Power at full throttle doesn't change, because its still 100% either way (unless the mod limits max power output, dunno about snow mode, it might do that).

He is asking about dyno though, and a dyno reading is ALWAYS in your 1:1 or closest and at wot from the bottom.

Well I am trying to see if it would look similar to a tune. Sport+ has such better response than normal. Feels like a different car. I just got a tune, and when in normal with the tune, it does not feel any more responsive than sport+ which is why i am asking.
