Thanks for posting the charts. The snow mode is scary at the top end. Made me rethink my strategy. Last winter I got caught at work with a snow storm that came 6 hours early. All roads to my house have hills so I tried snow mode and it worked ok, still did some mild fishtailing, nothing drastic. The hard part is my driveway. 90 yds steep uphill with a tight curve halfway up. Can't get much of a running start because of the dip at the bottom. Was in snow mode and losing momentum and pressing more and more on the pedal. Thank goodness I didn't get past 80 percent. Ditches on both sides would have been the least of my worries. A few years back in our AWD Pilot I lost momentum above the curve and slid backwards, and got it around the curve sideways down and into the road. If I slide off the curve, it's a dropoff 40 ft onto the road. So sliding sideways the rest of the way down the driveway was the best I could do. Although exciting, I don't want to repeat that adventure.
