To any of you who have installed this:
Did you disconnect battery first? I did not and am getting suspension fault message.

I've removed and installed mine several times and never disconnected the battery. Sounds like there's something wrong with your controller. Might need to send it back for a hard reset.

BTW if you get it working let me know if you want to try out my alternative to their crappy software they haven't updated - ever.

I have been swapping it with factory VDM multiple times and never bothered to disconnect the battery.

If you're getting suspension fault check the damper and ride height sensors connections but the unit might be bad as Brian mentioned above - it's not the battery not being disconnected during installation.

When are you getting the code? Immediately on start up? Pre start up? After driving a minute or two?
