OK, I should try to clock the driveshaft. Thing is, I can’t physically do it myself. When I get a chance I’ll take it in and have the shop do it. But, I think you missed my point about multiple driveshafts, and having the exact same vibration at the exact same speeds with each one of them!

Thanks for all the info. I did contact Gulf Coast who hand-made the driveshaft and they don’t think “clocking” will make any difference. Remember, this is third driveshaft and vibration did not change one iota with any one of them. As I said before, I am older than most of you guys and getting...

Not yet. Grasping at straws. Ordered Motul differential oil and will change out when it comes. Did recently install Steeda lightweight G-Trac brace. No change. Have sneaking suspicion problem is with the rear end.

I don’t think so. When I installed shims in trans crossmember I think it looked stock, but I’ll take another look.

Gulf Coast carbon fiber driveshaft needs no additional adapters. Comes with aluminum adapter flanges from Sonnax. Bolts directly into existing ORM flanges. Has Ford Performance heavy duty axels professionally installed, and they are tight. Shop that installed driveshaft loved it. ( check out Gulf Coast. They furnish driveshafts for Steve Morris). Guy I bought car from never dragged raced in his life.

Checked everything, no noises at all, just vibration at highway speeds. After install of driveshaft, exactly same vibration. did you see the question in my post about possibly adding differential damper? After that, I’m out of ideas.
