Driver door unlatching while in motion

I've had my driver side door become unlatched while driving twice now. Once before the latch recall and once after. It is not frequent, and I can't see any obvious cause (e.g. big bump, tight turn, etc.), but it of course should never happen. Both times the door stayed closed enough for me to pull over and properly shut it but it was open enough to trigger the door ajar warning and for wind to enter. I'm sure if I take it to the dealer, they won't be able to reproduce it. Anyone else seen this behavior?

Only before the latch recall, reach out to the dealership make sure they installed the correct part or have them redo the work
