Drive shaft which one to get?

Been hearing bad things about the brand dss drive shafts. Was looking at a steeda or dynotech one but people are saying there's noises/vibrations when they install a one piece drive shaft is it only from dss or is that all brands?

your going to hear people complain about every brand of DS depending on where you look.

Our gotos are the DSS and Qa1, in general they all do a great job.

I have ran dss on every car for the last 12 years with as much as 1500 wheel without issue.

qa1 is really nice as well.

we offer both, qa1 is CF only where dss is CF or aluminum

I went with E85 on a flex tune and that was noticeable power in the lower RPM's.
You doing it yourself? Lift or Stands?

With that outlook, no sense in doing anything if youre not boosted.

Yes, I'll be doing it myself in my garage. I'll have 5 days off so I'll have plenty of time for the few upgrades I'll be doing. Was hoping to also add mmr light weight water pump pulley but don't think it'll get here on time.

def not buying from dss anytime soon the NVH was horrible, I decided to go back to stock one but after riding a friend of mine with a steeda unit... NO NVH at all!!!

I just ordered an aluminum one from gulf coast driveshaft.
I am trying to get my car in 10s no headers. Just some weight reduction and tune before I slap some boost on it

Lighter weight helps. Usually you will feel the motor spin up faster.
