Door Mirrors

Can anyone please tell me what I need to change my door mirrors to US spec. I'm looking at then and thinking maybe the lower black part with flasher and mounting is the same and its just the inner/outer shell and glass required?

Sorry if this has already been covered but I searched "Mirrors" and came up with nothing.

I'm also interested with what parts are common...some of the Ali Express tat dynamic mirror indicators are tempting me....

I have a basic set of 2018 black US power mirrors (no heat, no indicators, no puddle light) that I would trade for a Euro Mustang's power fold back mirror relay. If someone is interested in an international parts swap.

The mirrors do fold back with manual effort. I'm not sure how interchangeable the internal parts are but at least you'd have a set to take apart.
