I wonder how GT350R owners would react if Ford made 30,000 GT350Rs next year? Of course, Ford is smart enough to never say what they are planning.

Very dumb to say you are going to do something and then do something different. I'm sure it wasn't a lie - it was changing their minds. However, I do think they deserve to be sued over it.

Maybe for you, but I follow the car values thread and I see that many owners are in it more for the $$ than the driving fun. Many of those cars are just sitting with very few miles on them - gotta preserve those $$.

Me personally, I bought the car’s for what they are, not for what I thought they’d be worth. The latter is just a bonus. But let’s be honest, the bs lawsuits aren‘t stopping any time soon. There’s only so many ambulance’s to chase.

I'm pretty sure the GT350 cooler lawsuit from 2016 still hasn't been settled. I get updates every once in a while. I put 30k miles on that car, added coolers, beat it on the track, loved every minute of it and sold it. Suit still in process.

Like you said, it's good for the lawyers and not really anyone else. Suits like this probably contribute to high car costs more than anything else.

I still think there's nothing wrong with buying a car to collect rather than drive and that if the car company misrepresents how many they will make they are essentially cheating those folks.
