So I watched the video in the first post and had a good laugh. I assumed it was made as a joke. However, I found that the youtube user that made that video (user name bigtruckseriesreview) also released this video:

After watching this second video, and reading some of his replies to the comments posted below it, I'm starting to believe he is dead serious, and appears to be, IMO, a lunatic. Especially the part at the end where he is driving recklessly down a very congested street in the Hellcat, almost hits a pedestrian, and nearly causes more than one accident.
