I had my Ford Performance Racing School #17 car at Hallett a few days ago. It dawned on me that it seems to have some sort of blip shift installed. I did not heel and toe this outing and the car seemed to do it for me. I noticed it when a friend drove it and when I drove it in town. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a module somewhere?

There certainly was nothing like that on the cars, when I did the Track Attack last year. If there was, there'd be no point in teaching us heel/toe shifting.

I was there in July of '20 and the cars did not have any kind of blip module at that time. As Bob mentioned, they taught us how to heel/toe. My big ass feet were not good at it. Hence, I installed a module which I LOVE.

There goes my theory that I suck at heal toe because my feet are so narrow. Thanks a lot!!! 😂

The Mule does not have blip shift. But, it does exhibit the signs of needing the tone ring nut TSB... including the surge under steady throttle. In fact, sometimes, it gets a brief surge as I push on the clutch, causing the revs to jump, so I could see where the question comes from. I have the TSB parts, just haven't gotten around to doing the work.

Mine has the TSB symptoms also. I could bet there is some sort of rev match feature though.

Were you driving the new Mach 1, Mustang GT or a GT350 for the track attack? Reason I ask is because I thought the GT350 classes were all done, like last year or so done completely.

I bought a GT350 Track Attack car that I drove in 2016.

Okay then no GT350 from the factory came with a rev match option. Zero. For all model years. If FP track attack team installed an aftermarket rev match option (Xineering or Auto Blip) you would be able to see the wiring installed on vehicle.
