It happen to both my Wife and myself a total of 3 times while it was parked on the Pavers in front of the house. Who says lightening never strikes twice in the same spot? How about 3 times! Even in the dead of Summer here in South Florida, how long does it take to open the windows or door of the Vehicle once you get to it? By the time all 4 windows are put down, the A/C is blowing cold air, problem over. Had this (feature) disabled and will do so on the Mustang as well.

Sorry. New? Our 2000 Mercedes is doing that including sunroof AND closing it. I did warn my son who drives it now not to use it from October to April or he would need a snow shovel in the car. :D

Yeahhhh "relatively" new lol

I didn't know about this feature...thanks!!
You`ve been warned. If you don`t have the Global Open de-activated, be very careful with the Key Fob while its in your pocket and the Vehicle is parked close by. No one wants to be surprised to see all 4 windows down after its been raining for hours.

Did you also know they make no lead gas now too???
Welcome to the 1990s, where were you?
In the 90s I was driving a Fox Mustang. It had power windows that had no auto function at all. Not sure what you might have been driving, but auto down windows on the remote is not a 20-years-ago thing for most of us.

On the other hand, that car (I have actually had five of them over the years) had inertia locks for the seat backs, so you didn't have to fumble for a stupid release in order to flop the seat back forward. Better than any Mustang since, for sure.

Must be some slacking sales people out there. My salesman told me about the roll down fob function on the post sale rundown.
Funny....... I had to tell my salesman about the car and then he asked me if I was going to get a new bronco when they come out LOL
