Hey guys,

I am soon to be joining the ranks of the rest of you, and wondered if we could have a thread for the DFW area?

Other than meeting others and having general fun, I thought it would be cool to have a list of local shops that people trust to work on their cars. We have a lot of choices, and many of them have worried me to say the least. Then there are others that have done a fantastic job!

Where does everyone get their tints done? Shop for spring / mod installs? Hell, even where does everyone track?

We have been using it as a forum for meetings, discussions on service, mods, cruises, etc. just as you intended. However, it needs to become an actual sub-forum, so I asked the M6G administrator on our behalf (JARSTANG) to create a DFW Mustang forum (just like there is for HOUSTON). He has consented to this request and will be setting it up soon. :clap2:

I was coming back from lunch around 1:40 at Custer and Plano Parkway and saw a DIB with PP! Was wondering if it was one of you guys! Car looked good!!!!

That was probably me I go to lunch around then and sometimes go that route to get to the tollway from Coit/Plano Pkwy. Thanks! I've seen quote a few s550's. Anyone getting serviced at Five Star Ford go ahead and PM me.

Mine is debadged (5.0's and GT on back) and lowered - 3 roads you may see me on: Jupiter, Plano Pkwy and GBT. The next GTG I see happen locally I will try to join and introduce myself.

From the Cars and Coffee thread looks like we have a decent amount of people in the Carollton, Frisco, Plano, The Colony, Little elm and Denton area.


So far this is the list I have of who is in the area. If I missed anyone let me know. Others are welcome as well. I'm thinking A Friday evening or mid day on a Saturday would probably be best to meet up, to get as many as possible to attend.
