I know I just need to be patient, but Ford Canada dropped the financing rate to 0% for 60 months which is better than the 1.99% I locked in at the time of order. This rate is only valid til March 31, so I'm really hoping to pick it up before that date so I can get the 0%...saves me 2,000 in interest over the term.

(For those who don't know the dealer locks in incentives at the time of order, but you can take your choice at delivery of the incentives available at order finalization/pickup).

My dealer told me that if Ford and Costco have a deal for Costco members going when the car arrives I will get that discount too. I'm paying cash so I didn't care about the financing--I have an X plan plus the $500 off right now.

How does color play into the build sequence?

I ordered a yellow GT the last week of December, knowing that the production line was down and wouldn't be back up for a few weeks.
If they do a batch of yellow cars then perhaps mine will be done at roughly the same time as Toplessfun's car.

I ordered my GT on 1/19. Given Priority 15. Saw it on COTUS on 1/20. Saw VIN on COTUS on 1/22.

Got a copy of the DORA today. See all of my options listed on paper but don't see my 3.55 gears listed on COTUS. Shrug. Anyhow I've been pretending like I'm not excited but that ain't gonna work much longer. Next milestone is getting that build date. I'm not sure if it's mentally healthy but I'll likely be checking COTUS probably daily.

Yeah I had a feeling it wasn't good. I don't know if that's actually my code or not it was one just on the sample order form so hopefully it's not the real code. Dealer seemed to think it would be here in 6 to 8 weeks no problem so I'll reach out to them for more information. I don't have an order number or anything

I only have an order date (1/10/2015). No other information has been made available to me in COTUS. I was told by Rachel (Ford Service Rep) that I am a Priority Code 10....but nothing else.

I got my VIN 1/15 and have a build date of 02/02. My dealership told me they have a rail issue getting the new vehicles out of Detroit and not to expect my car until first or second week in March.
