had an 2001 mustang GT MT as a DD until I traded in on a 2016 V6 AT that is my DD now. Driving 400 miles a week in heavy traffic wouldn't be able to use 435HP so went with the next NA option. Have over 40K smiles on her and still enjoying my ride.

7Kish miles using my '16 GT Premium automatic as dd, good results. I expected to spend $200+/month on premium Chevron gasoline, no issue.

I daily mine year round. The EB helps make that a little more affordable. Two years of DD and I still cringe whenever I have to drive it on the salty roads during winter. I try to wash it often, but I also accept that it is my DD and won't stay in perfect condition.

Once I got over babying the car too much, I really enjoyed it as a daily driver. I picked it over some other sporty cars because it was so comfortable and enjoyable for daily driving.

Mine is a DD irrespective of the weather conditions and it feels great mostly when it snows when other drivers in 4x4 see me driving a Mustang, its priceless (^.^)

Of course it's a daily driver! Why spend all the money on what most likely is your favorite car to drive and modify, and not drive the damn thing as much as possible? I've had other cars (trucks) during my ownership of my Mustang, and still drive my Mustang everyday. Most of the time my mountain bike is in the back and ready to ride a trail! And take it to the track once in awhile as well....

switched from an ecoboost to a GT, and the GT is still a DD. Both stick, V8 has much worse gas mileage (mid-teens vs. low 20's) especially since my driving changed to mostly city. But idgaf about daily city traffic, shifting, clutch, or gas in this car. Zero desire to get an auto, more chance for me to row the gears. Cannot imagine driving anything else

Mine's not since I work from home. And for 7.5 months out of the year I have my '14 Jetta SE. I lend the VW to my parents for 4.5 mos when they stay in CA. So for those 4.5 mos my SC Mustang is my only car. But it's usually a weekend fun car.
