CVF Customer Service Problem

Has anyone else had problems with CVF's customer service? I just ordered and installed a hot side intercooler pipe and Turbosmart Kompact EM Dual Port VR2 Blow Off Valve. The Turbosmart valve was dead on arrival and does not ohm out. CVF said I have to take it up with Turbosmart.

When I purchased my cvf pieces for my ranger. There was a problem with the clamps. CVF took great care of me. Stellar customer service. However they didn't manufacture the turbosmart valve, so It's not up to them it's up to turbosmart to take care of you. Good luck!
