Has anyone else had problems with CVF's customer service? I just ordered and installed a hot side intercooler pipe and Turbosmart Kompact EM Dual Port VR2 Blow Off Valve. The Turbosmart valve was dead on arrival and does not ohm out. CVF said I have to take it up with Turbosmart.

When I purchased my cvf pieces for my ranger. There was a problem with the clamps. CVF took great care of me. Stellar customer service. However they didn't manufacture the turbosmart valve, so It's not up to them it's up to turbosmart to take care of you. Good luck!

I am sure it is not what you want to hear, but CVF is not responsible for another manufacturers parts. I get it, they put it in their kit, but handling RMAs for parts they don't make would be a challenge at best.

I bought one of their 6 rib kits for a SBC project a few years ago and it had a clearance issue with the intake I was using. I called them, talked with one of the engineers, explained the issue and sent a few pictures. 3 or 4 days later I had a new part on my doorstep, problem solved.

I would call that stellar customer service, but to each their own.
