I drove on one dirt road with the top down... won't make that mistake again.

Nice ride though... might look into that in three years or so.

They seem to start at 51K... but heck, couple of upgrades and I'd bet that jumps to 60k quickly.

Thanks man! It's the CDC outlaw spoiler. I kind of rathered a wing that sat on top of the trunk though than this one which kind of sits on the edge and faces outwards. I don't recall seeing any others available at the time though. It doesn't look bad at all though either.

I have more pics in my build thread if you're interested. There's also a "Status on the CDC wing?" thread somewhere around here where I posted a video, showing the wing from all possible angles.

I'm still probably going to _go_slow_ with the mods - especially cosmetic changes - which is one reason I wanted to get a car with OEM parts I really liked (wheels are usually an immediate swap for me, but I totally dug on the GTPP setup). That being said, I do like a small deck wing on convertibles ...

Yeah I was surprised to see that I actually liked the factory wheels on my car. I've looked through tons and tons and tons of wheels on this forum and I only narrowed it down to some Vossen VFS1s. I'm considering getting some, but next month (I keep pushing it back lol). I know I've said it in other places, but it's harder for me to spend lots of money on wheels than it is for any other mod for me.

What exhaust are you considering going with? I just swapped out my Roush Axlebacks after going WOT for the last time and got extremely tired of hearing all that rasp -- even felt embarrassing for a moment. Went with some Corsa Sports and the quality difference is like night and day. Just a little too quiet though unless I accelerate fast. I've noticed that I've been driving a lot faster just because I want to hear more of the sound, and that's not good. Corsa Xtremes are on the list next and gonna sell the Roush ABs and Corsa Sports, lol.

I think I'm 98% sold on the new Solo system, the Mach (quietest) model specifically. Sounds nice and deep, without any raspiness at WOT and apparently there is _zero_ drone due to the overall design that uses J-pipes and a "resonated" X-pipe section.

I've usually been pretty wheel wacky - I think I had 5 [?] different sets for my Z06 including some iForged I never even used.

Yeah, I dig on your mods because they're well thought out, and the overall design decisions work together. I had a pretty radically modified Supra, but even that didn't look like a patchwork of aftermarket, everything was carefully chosen to work with everything else, from the style to the color. It was actually a custom Graphite Gray Pearl (from Lexus) color which I loved, and one reason I was originally pretty committed to Magnetic, but really fell in love with Shadow Black with the GTPP and the Redline interior (had a ton of people come up to me and comment about it in two short weeks)

Yeah I've been reading about that new exhaust system too recently. Seems to have been getting a lot of talk lately. That red interior is also pretty sick man. I'm jealous. I wanted it initially but backed away when one of my friends told me how the dye from their clothes started getting on their red interior. Haven't heard of this happening from anyone else though.

Went skydiving for the first time today and got lucky with getting some pictures.

LOL very good point man! Thanks a lot and as crazy as it may sound, I've been way more nervous just being on a high rollercoaster than jumping out of a plane. Wasn't bad at all! :cheers:
