I got ~30k miles out of my first set (on GT). They're changing the tread pattern, that's why they're discounted. OP if you get just rears be aware that it may be difficult to find the matching tread pattern down the road for fronts (if that matters).

As other have stated, good street tire in dry and very good in wet. They have a D and a W cut into the tread, once the W wears out its good just for dry then once the D wears down or gets close you should be looking to replace. I beat on mine pretty well and the feedback at its limits may feel strange until you get used to it. If you're not expecting a road race or autocross tire then they'll impress you, especially for that discounted price.

Just got mine in the mail today. Looking to mount the stock MPSS on my R-Spec replicas and the Contis in my stock rims. Where is everyone going to be this done? I assume I need another set of tire pressure modules, correct?
So you got four and mounting all of them on stock rims?

Yep. Was originally going to just buy an extra set of MPPS' for the R-Spec since they're phenomenal and a good beginning track tire, but I couldnt pass up the price. So the stockers will get moved to the "track" rims and I'll use these on the street. Interested to see how they perform on the street compared to the MPSS. I have been insanely impressed with the MPSS'
