Thinking of putting the continental tires on my R for the street. Which version is recommended. I see a quite a few are running the extreme contact sports but also see on their website they offer different versions. Also has anyone run a PS4S 305 on the rear with the 11.5 wheel?

The Conti ECS’ are a bit washy for my taste. I believe the sidewalls are more thin than the Cup 2s.

The EC Sports are outstanding, and quite so on the street. Be honest with your driving style. They are not a counterpart to the Cup 2's, but I'd put the EC Sports against any version of a PSS. Not to mention they look about 50X better! AND, since you are concerned about size, the Conti's run smaller than the Michelin, meaning a 325/30 in the Conti fits much much closer to the stock fit of the 315.

Ya would be spirited street driving only. Thinking about trying a set. I heard also that the 4S tire in a 295/305 setup is closer to the setup with the cup 2's in contact patch. Wondering about that as well.

I’m going with Toyo R888R’s instead of cup 2’s this time.
