Was the closest match to the RP Synchromax I had been using. It's still early in my testing, so not a lot of data. For me, the Mercon LV stuff is always too thin and gets a bit burnt up with track use. The Syncromax/Mesh types handle the heat better but are still thin enough to not cause problems with the tight tolerances in the trans.@honeybadger ...interesting you're using that one. That's not the one that's a MERCON LV fluid. What made you chose that one? And it's working great for ya?
@Lurker_350 ...your second link was to engine oil, but yes, that's correct oil As for the tranny fluid, the Amsoil fluid that meets MERCON LV as per the owners manual is this one....
