Completely Dead 350 With Good Battery

Hey All,

So I went to start my car today and noticed I had NO response. Key fab is not working, completely dark screens, the care is lifeless. I had the battery tested and it’s 100% charged and healthy.

It was on a trickle charger all winter until this past Sunday. I drove the car for a few hours and then went on a work trip that I just returned from. The key fab was left in the car for the past week.

Thoughts on what’s going on here? The windows still move up and down when opening the door so I seem to have some power, so is there a security mechanism in place preventing me from starting the car? I’ve read about anti-theft, but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

Who checked the battery? How?

I'd bet it's the battery, if you've never replaced it.

We’re just gonna go ahead and ignore this thread…..

I technically hooked the car up to the trickle charger last night and unhooked it this morning. I must’ve had a loose connection because when I put the battery back on and tightened everything up, the car came back to life

the best kind of problem is the sort solved by double checking

Never leave your FOB in or near the car in the future unless there is a tender hooked up. FYI.
