Cold start : Waiting for operating temperature on V6

For the GT350/500 Ford suggests to wait for the engine and oil to reach operating temperature before driving hard.

I typically don’t drive hard, but since I installed the digital cluster and oil temp & pressure gauge, I can see how the details.

So now until the oil/engine reach operating temperature before, I drive super light.

Was wondering, do you think that there any benefits doing this even on. V6?
