Hi Shlomo,There's absolutely no reason to spend the money on a 2nd set of wheels & tires. Plus, you're missing the entire point to driving a PP2 car, and what gives it it's performance.
It's double duty car. Track/fun some of the time but interstate cruiser for a lot of it. It's a 1600 mile round trip between Utah and California, so it makes no sense to burn up those tires for that kind of driving. We'll find some PP1 wheels with touring tires and swap as needed.
