2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt – 28,500 Miles
Asking: $40,500 | Clean Title & Carfax in hand
I never planned to sell this car—it’s been an absolute joy—but priorities have shifted. This is a meticulously cared-for, 2-owner "garage queen" driven under 5k miles a year. I purchased it 'Gold...
My dad is the 2nd owner of a 2020 GT with modified headlights. Both of them leak (ie, water gets in after a wash), so I'm trying to help him source replacements without paying 1k each.
There are tooons of headlights on eBay and FB Marketplace but the majority have some kind of damage:
1. I...
For daily driving, I love these pads. There is basically no dust and the stopping power feels adequate.
However, for spirited driving, these pads feel like a serious downgrade from stock. Stopping distances are noticeably longer and they fade really fast. Am I just over-remembering how good...
I have a stock '19 Bullitt and recently smogged it. The smog guy was a gear head and we started talking about tuning. He said that the CA smog machines can now detect ECU tampering and warned me not to get a tune because I will fail.
The only options seem to be things with a CARB E.O...
These came on a car that I purchased. They are cool but not for me.

I definitely drive it hard when I have the chance to. Backroads on the weekends are super fun. I just think that's really impressive that you can get such good MPG when commuting/cruising from a car with this level of performance.

This has been my usual MPG for my 2019 Bullitt that I've owned for about 4 months. I have a 64 mile round trip commute that I do twice per week. There's a long steady climb (about a mile long) and I get on it once or twice with each drive because damn it sounds good. Most of the driving is in...
@SheepDog -- the cats have to be in the stock location in California. Ie, where they turn the engine bay into an oven. It is tempting to register my car at my dad's house in Utah where there's no smog but I commute on a heavily patrolled 2 lane highway and that just seems like asking for...
Thanks for the suggestion. Those are very nice wheels and Id imagine they are quite a bit lighter than the OEM M1 wheels.
He loves the look of the PP2 wheels but doesn’t like how the PP2 fronts stick out so far. So, he’s trying to correct that in addition to getting street friendly tires...
Hi Guys,
I know this is more of a GT question but I'm guessing some of you came from a PP2 car.
My dad has a PP2 car and wants to get a 2nd set of wheels since the PP2 wheel/tire combo is something he'd like to save for track days. He would like to put a set of the 5-spoke Mach 1 wheels on...
I would start with this. After that initial run, the fuel system is primed. If you don't have an easy way to check the pressure, take the airbox hose off (when cold), have someone press the gas (ie, open the throttle body) and shoot a little starting fluid in there. If it fires immediately...
My car: 2019 Bullitt (with Magneride) 6MT w/15k miles
Dad's car: 2020 GT PP2 (no active exhaust) 6MT w/15k miles
We drove a ~15 mile loop with a bunch of different stuff. City driving, some terrible roads, twisties, etc. Then we swapped cars and did the same loop. It was toasty (90F) so all...
Will these wheels work on a '20 GT PP2 car?
These would be 'daily driver' wheels and the current PP2 wheels/tires would be saved for HPDE/track days.
They look nice but I don't know if they clear the Brembos and/or have the right offset.
Thanks!
Sonny
Hi Shlomo,
It's double duty car. Track/fun some of the time but interstate cruiser for a lot of it. It's a 1600 mile round trip between Utah and California, so it makes no sense to burn up those tires for that kind of driving. We'll find some PP1 wheels with touring tires and swap as needed...
Bridgestone Potenza RE050A. The tires are brand new. I'm not familiar with this tire or how long they last but we'll find him a set of PP wheels with 255/40-19s or something along those lines.
These would work as daily wheels with 275/40-19s on both front and rear (same size as my Bullitt...
