Hi,
Dont know if it was discussed earlier, thus didnt find a solution for my problem
i have clutch issues on my 2017 mustang gt on roush phase 2 kit. Yes i know its more torque than the stock clutch should handle, but the clutch is not slipping.
When i shift from 4->5 on wot near limiter the clutch pedal stays halfway down( prior to it was hard to get it in gear, like a lockout or something- does not happen all the time). With little kick from under it goes back to normal position.
First we suggested that maybe air build up caused it, so we bleeded it. After that thought the brake fluid is responsible, so we changed that too. Did not solve the problem.
Inspected the car at ford dealership- master and slave cylinders are ok, did not find the problem. Suggested it might be a worn out clutch due to FI, shouldnt be it slipping?
Any suggestions guys before i change the clutch
? Thanks
