So after driving today I heard this clicking sound relative to speed behind my dash or so I thought. Jacked up car, inspected all wheels/tires. Nothing.. Sound still there. Jacked up car second time only put the rear on jack stands, put in gear and sound still present. That eliminated the front wheels. Looked under car and found this. Fricken driveshaft label was coming off. Ripped remainder of label off, all is quiet again.
Just like when we were kids and put playing cards in on our bicycle spokes for noise.. Funny..
Thought I would share.

I like to put zip ties on people's driveshafts so that this happens. It'll drive most people nuts, and a lot of people these days aren't smart enough to find them!

Is there more than one label on the driveshaft? I've also got a clicking noise Somewhere under the car, and I've seen this issue a couple times posted on here. The label I found up front was set well and had no tears or loose bits.

Yes, I seen two labels on the driveshaft. Mine is an auto so its a one piece shaft. I think the manuals have a two piece, correct me if I am wrong.

All S550’s have a two-piece shaft. If there is a one-piece and you’re an owner after the original, then the DS is aftermarket.
