I have noticed a clicking when ever I hit the brakes now. It sounds like the pads making contact with the rotor. I have tried down shifting to simulate the weight shift during braking but I do not get the click. Also if I immediately press the brakes again I do not get the click.

Has anyone experienced this?

How loud is it? Can you hear it at highway speeds, 30-40 mph, or just at single digits with the windows down?

Sometimes at moderate speeds but mostly at slow speeds (when parking, pulling into the garage, etc.).

I can hear it at like 30. Hmm its loud enough to notice but not so loud I've stopped driving the car. I see some gap between the rotors and pad I am sure at speed its larger with the slots.

Are you using factory pads, or a different brand?

I'm fairly certain mine doesn't make this noise with about 29,000 miles on the original set of brake pads.

There's probably a small size difference between the factory backing plate dimensions versus the aftermarket parts. Just a guess that the pads move around a little bit inside the calipers.
