noise from intake manifold?

So this only happens when i turn off the car. pretty sure is coming from the intake manifold. Sounds like a pop with rush of air getting sucked in. Is this normal?

Both my Shelby and my coyote in my F-150 do this.

Even my old 2007 GMC Canyon did it and when I put a K&N cold air intake on it it amplified the sound.

I believe it the flap of the throttle body releasing any air left in it.

Normal. Happens if you put the GT350 TB on a 5.0.
