Traded in my 2016 Camaro SS for a Roush and loving it! I used to have a 2013 Mustang GT Premium. While I liked all of my past cars, the Roush certainly turns heads and has significantly more power. Anyway, I am happy to be back in a Ford forum!

Like you, I don't care what badge is on my car. A nice car is a nice car! I've owned all brands at one time or another, but I do keep coming back to Mustangs because they look good (most of them) and are so damned easy to mod.

Congrats

Tinted headlight covers?

I respect the performance of Roush Mustangs, but good God they're covered in badging and silly crap. But I suppose you could order one without all that stuff.

Yes, tinted headlight covers.... And you are right, they are badged to death! I read somewhere that there are over 50 references (labels, plates, etc.) to Roush on the vehicle. That's a bit much...

Can you take that stuff off? Especially the tinted head-lights, that just looks dangerous. And the hood scoop, Roush window decal, side stripes, etc.?

I'd de-crap that thing a.s.a.p. I've read amazing things about Roush cars and their performance, they just over-do the visual.

Ditto on the headlight covers. My brother was a police commander running the traffic department at a large police department in the Detroit area. A guy hit a pedestrian that was walking at night on the roadside. It was considered foolish by the pedestrian until they tested the light passing through the headlights. The driver was subsequently charged with and convicted of vehicular manslaughter. They tested the covers at the state police lab and found that only 13% of the light passed through.
I'd get rid of those things.

Any pictures of the old car to compare?
Old car pictured with new car, plus my prior Mustang. Also, in regards to headlight covers (see previous posts), I simply take them off before driving at night.
