I had requested a file with them both on and off. One so if I did have a CEL, I could flash the other. The sensors on tune is just for inspection on the OBDII test. No emissions test here, but your ECU has to pass the rest.

You can absolutely check this with the nGauge. Go to IM Monitors under Diagnostics and they should be displayed. They should turn Green when they pass their checks. If they are not illuminated I think it means they are disabled.
Thanks for this 411 YellowStang

. I failed emissions today for OBD readiness. I got the FUEL to go green after a first try. Hopefully after a few more drives, the rest will go green...

To pass state inspection, it should be green. If your cats were removed, it might not turn green. šŸ˜•

The two pictures were taken about an hour and ten minutes apart. They just cleared after driving as per the book. But it took me days or random driving to get it that way. I was pretty nervous as I had just bought the car. Hopefully yours clear without having to re-install cats. Or maybe you have someone who can get it passed for you.
