Checked them after 500 miles. They all came loose again!!

This is after removing the old bolts, chasing the threads, and reinstalling the new bolts with red loctite. Torquing to 65 ft lbs.

Asked DSS for a refund or new axles and they pay all shipping.

Unbelievable.
Wow! That is unbelievable! Wtf

Unbelievable.

Yes, unacceptable.

You may have read what happened to my FFRP axles so I guess issues are not always exclusive to one brand but G Force really took care of me. They covered shipping both ways and rebuilt my axles with all new parts (except for the axles themselves). New boots, new bolts, new seals, new CV joints, everything.

They called me the day they received them, told me what they found and called me the day they shipped them back to me.

I do not blame you for wanting a refund. I do not think (no matter what brand) I would feel safe if an issue was supposed to be fixed and it happened again. I would always wonder when it was going to happen again.

I can honestly tell you the guys at G force are absolutely great if you choose to switch to them.

Honestly I just want DSS to ship me some new axles and then I return these. They have admitted to the issue so I would think that this would be acceptable.

We will see though.

Does any anybody know where to buy replacement bolts with safety wire holes?

I have checked mine multiple times since install in January and they have been tight. It is about time to get under mine again and check. Safety wiring them would give me piece of mind that they can't come out.

DSS got back with me on a Sunday which is a good sign.

They asked a question and said they would help.

I will report back how this is handled but so far so good.

I ordered a set of 800hp axles through Lethal on Feb. 15th. They have not shipped from DSS yet. Hopefully, whatever issue it is will be solved whenever I get these.

I bought mine on the last day of the Lethal Christmas sales. I then contacted Lethal and found out the would be drop shipping them from DSS and they would be closed thru new years. They told me lead time was 2-3 weeks after I placed my order.

DSS has agreed to send me new axles and they are covering all shipping. I will report back after I get the new axles and get them installed.

They asked for a refundable $400.00 deposit to ensure they get the old ones back.

Take a center punch to the end of the axles. When they decide to make mine, I will see if I get them!
