Do you happen to know the specs on the bolts that are in the shafts? I have ordered plenty of hardware from mcmaster carr before.

Finally!:headbang:

Although, I'm kinda disappointed I didn't get instructions, warranty info, or anything else in the box :tsk: At least throw a decal in there!

I wouldn't think so. They acknowledged the issue and addressed it sometime ago. I received my axles in June 2015. They have since fixed the coating issue.

My new ones are supposed to be here tomorrow. I will take a pic of difference.

I put mine on over the weekend. I didn't remove the bolts but I did check the torque. Seem to be at 65 ft lbs each.

I received some great customer service from Leigh @ DSS the other day. I needed a new pinion flange adaptor and he was very helpful and took real good care of me.

As I mentioned, I had a problem with my Ford Racing axles so theses things are not exclusive to one brand. The important thing is customer service and I can say G Force and DSS have given me top notch service.

3.5hrs on jack stands. Save yourself ALOT of headache by removing the whole wheel hub off the car.

Put a lug nut on a wheel stud to hold the rotor together. Remove the caliper and hang it. Unplug the abs sensor and remove all suspension connection points. This gives you a lot more room. I was able to pull the axles by tugging on them by hand. No pry bar needed. The new axles just don't articulate like the factory ones due to thicker joints so hub removable will your life a lot easier. If a header install is a 10, this would be a 3.

I concur as I had everything out of the car doing multiple things and putting the axles in then putting hub assemblies back as a unit was way easier than the last time when trying to manipulate them into place without completely removing the hub/knuckle
