I see 86.688 at 7100 and it stays at that number through 7600. 86.688 is max reading - doesn't mean airflow still not increasing. I have a P1 boost reading at 7100 is 9.8 and maxed out at 11.1 at 7600.Thanks for the data point. That's quite a bit more than I, hoping it's just the D1 flowing more air.
Bringing this back from the grave...did you ever figure out why your maf lb/min appeared to be lower than normal for a p1 car?To those with logs available, I need a favor, can you all tell me what your lbs of air flow is and where it peaks?? I see around ~70lbs at 7000 and a max of 78lbs at 7800 rpm. Please state if you have a P1 or D1 and if it's stock manifold and headers. Thanks
No, i just kept on trucking.Bringing this back from the grave...did you ever figure out why your maf lb/min appeared to be lower than normal for a p1 car?
lmao, thanks. so switching to the rpm belt is basically what did it for you? have you considered running a GripTek pulley?JK. This helped a bunch right here.

I think it was mostly the proflo, there was no sign of belt slip with previous belt, not saying it wasn’t, but it didn’t look like it was, lmao, thanks. so switching to the rpm belt is basically what did it for you? have you considered running a GripTek pulley?
EDIT I see you got rid of the proflo as well. Any anecdotal thoughts on what was more important in bringing up your maf lb/min, bypass valve or belt? or you think it was like a 50/50 situation?
interesting...i've seen plenty of other threads where procharger tech has said there's zero issues with the proflo, and also this video .I think it was mostly the proflo, there was no sign of belt slip with previous belt, not saying it wasn’t, but it didn’t look like it was,
yeah def a big difference in maf flow between the two. the other interesting thing i notice is your boost seemed to be significantly less jagged with the new belt vs the old belt, definitely much more of a flat line which is nice. my boost still looks like yours did in the fist picture...that second pic you're on a rpm belt? i'm on an hd green belt, maybe i need to mess with the pre-load and tension. you're on a stage 2 kit? if so where did you pick up the rpm belt? Also are you on 93 or you move over to e85?The 50mm turbosmart is more compact, not as loud and considerably cheaper.
The thread I linked you has the flows before and after and that was a 4.5 pulley. Now a 4.25 I max the maf flow at around 7100rpm
That before/after was on an 670HD green. Stage 2 on 93. Ok...looks like step 1 for me is to get off this proflo and see what happens. thanks for the help! That before/after was on an 670HD green. Stage 2 on 93. Now I’m E85
No problem. Good luckOk...looks like step 1 for me is to get off this proflo and see what happens. thanks for the help!
