For a long time I’ve been considering making the swap from the Pro flo. Well finally did. There were never any signs of belt slip on the original belt, it was properly tensioned but decided to swap to Gates green belt since a lot of the big boy hellcat owners swear by them. Well results are below...gained 3psi...maf lbs went from low 70s to maxed out. All data taken at around 7300RPM and same ambient temps. Take it how you wish...

Yea u were losing boost somewhere because my d1 has always maxed out the maf sensor with the 4.75 or 4.88 pulley right at 7k.Maybe u were getting belt slip but that's awesome u got it straight now.

Which gates belt is that? Mine was a gates (as far as I remember) from the factory for the stage 2 kit.

Gates, green. I’ll get the number off it shortly.

Gates came out with an RPM model now. Which is actually better than the HD model. Just put in RPM instead of HD and you should see it.

Thanks guys! I'm definitely going to try these so that when I get re-tuned we're getting the most boost we can ;).

Anyone ever replace their BOV for a bigger valve and had it throw off your fuel trims?
U should just have to.drive it ittlle bit and let the fuel.trims adjust,believe it or not it does take a few miles for everything to adjust.

U should just have to.drive it ittlle bit and let the fuel.trims adjust,believe it or not it does take a few miles for everything to adjust.
Drove 10 miles back from shop, then another 5-6 miles the next day and nothing , Short term trims are pulling 30% at 1500 and 2500 rev holds. Just did a huge log for Lund, looks like he’s gonna have to go in and make adjustments

Did you read my thread about the gates rpm belt ? When properly tensioned you can add 1-2 lbs over the green belt. its the same part # as the one you got only change the hd to rpm!!!! Im on the gates green now and love it the stock pc belt is not the same quality as these gates belts! I have an gates rpm belt on order!
