Don't follow the instructions when it says to use the new fuel injector rail spacers if the upgraded injectors are the same length as stock. That was one item that threw me off for a bit. The instructions were written for the 52 lb injectors which I speculate are shorter than stock (someone can correct me if I'm wrong). I reused the factory fuel rail spacers for the DW 95lbers mine came with, and everything buttoned up fine and runs great.
Ordered the Procharger basic kit from Beefcake! I got the kit, standard tuning, and upgraded injectors. I also bought new spark plugs.
My questions are:
Is there anything else I should buy before starting the install - like anything that would be beneficial do do during install to save time/hassle later? :cheers:
Any cool tips or tricks from anyone who has installed this kit? Stuff that you realized during install that I should be prepared to handle or to learn from your mistakes?
