Changing stock tune on nGauge

I am new to the tuning world. My nGauge is arriving today and it should pull the stock tune when I flash the first time. Does anyone know how to change the stock tune if Ford makes a big change so that the “stock tune” on the device now matches the new stock tune on the car?

I think it would be a situation where I flash back to stock to take it in to resolve an issue and the solution requires an update to the ECU. I would then want to update the “stock tune” on the nGauge to match the ECU.

If you take it back to stock, it basically offloads that tune from the nGauge. If the dealer flashes a new tune, that new stock tune will become your stock tune in the nGauge when you load the tune calibration.
