Hi guys, just joined the site and wanted to tell you guys how much I absolutely fell in love with my brand new, brought home today, 2016 GT PP. I've always been a Mopar fan and would never have considered the Mustang until my wife of two months (and a former Mustang owner) convinced me to take an extended test drive last week.
So today I traded in my beloved 2013 Plum Crazy Challenger RT Classic for a 2016 Guard Mustang GT with the PP. I couldn't believe the difference in performance between the two. My Challenger had the Super Track Pack option, along with several bolt-on's that weren't cheap (JBL shorties, high flow cats, American Thunder cat-back, Airaid intake, custom Diablo tune, Petty's strut tower brace and Mopar lowering springs). Even with all those goods, the stock Mustang just blows it away in terms of handling, acceleration and fun factor.
I put the first 60 miles on her tonight after work taking a twisty back road to Tombstone just to stretch her legs a bit. Love it and am now a proud Mustang convert! Now to figure out how to break the news to my dad, a Mopar guy from the old days....
