I had to shim mine. Seems like a common issue. I'm an old body man and I was able to tweak the hinges a bit when I was pre-fitting the hood prior to painting it. In the end I only needed about a 1/8" spacer to make it almost perfect. Didn't have to adjust the fenders at all.Hello everyone have a question.
I just received my GT 500 hood from Cervinis and I found this thread cause I had some fitment issues.
I was wondering.
For those who have installed the GT500 hood from Cervinis on there 2015 did you have to use shims on the bottom hood bolt, the one closest to the windshield so it would line up with the body on both sides by the windshield and the fenders by where the hinges are?
