Cell phone mounts

I used a ProClip on my '11 GT, but don't much like their placement for the '15's so haven't mounted it yet. Right now I'm using the Breffo Vent mount..

It's not that bad, but it looks awful. I have my magicmount placed in the same area. I stuck the mount in between the middle and passenger side vent. Works for me. I get the benefit of the AC cooling my phone in case it's using GPS.

I just put mine right in front of the gear shift, it's held in place by my usb stick, so it doesn't move around.

Then you probably don't want to see the "other stuff" I have mounted in the car using Ram Mounts... A fully route programmable GPS unlike the Ford in-dash, and a Scanning Radio.. The in-dash is handy for finding that new Dr's office and stuff like that... Also have a Blend Mount for the Valentine One under the mirror.

The Breffo is in the upper left vent BTW.

i don't have a pic but got one from another thread. the top part of the mount slides right under the panel. Just leave the backing on the tap on the top half and take the backing off the lower part of the tape. It won't go anywhere

Just bought one of these yesterday and mounted it in the same place and it is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the recommendation!!

I usually buy ProClip just not a fan of where it mounts.

The one I got off of Amazon came with 2 different sized adhesive metal plates. I use my phone without a case so I stuck the small one on the inside of the back cover, but my gf uses an otterbox, so we just stuck the larger metal plate on the inside surface of the case itself, and it works perfectly fine if we need to use her phone.

Long story short, works either way!

Im using the Scosche MagicMount, small magnet on the back of my iphone 5 with a rubber case, no problems. Awesome, small mount without suction cups and all that jazz, looks great mounted in the upper corner of the radio panel like someone else showed previously

no need to use the adhesive, if you have a case, just stick the metal in there. the case will hold it in place.
